Welcome to the Highland Manor Inn! Meeting all your lodging needs in Townsend, TN and the Great Smoky Mountains.

Guest rooms at the Highland Manor Inn were designed with your comfort in mind and are tastefully decorated and well appointed. Lodgings feature King or Queen size beds. Some feature sofa sitting areas, and all have refrigerators and microwaves. All rooms have color / cable TV, room phones and a private balcony or terrace.

For that special occasion, we have rooms featuring private whirlpools and/or wood burning fireplaces in season. Some of the whirlpools are double sized for two persons. Some of our rooms have kitchens. Rollaway beds and cribs are available.

Continental Breakfast, consisting of English muffins,Bagels, danish, homemade muffins, apple & orange juice and coffee, is included, and is available self-service in the lobby from 8:00 am until 10:00 am Mon. – Sat., 8:00 am until 9:30 am Sun. We have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available any time the office is open ( 8am to 10:00pm).  If you have a special need for coffee early in the morning, we have coffee pots we can loan to you to have in your room.

Check-in is at 3:00 pm / Check-out is at 11:00 am

We have a lovely outdoor swimming pool with a diving board. On the beautifully landscaped grounds, there are two gazebos for you to enjoy along with the patio at the pool. We also have a playground for the little ones and a kiddie pool.
